Features: 7075 aluminum plate belongs to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu super duralumin. 7075 alloy is an ultra-high-strength deformed aluminum alloy that has been used in the aircraft manufacturing industry in the late 1940s and is still widely used in the aviation industry. It is characterized by good plasticity after solution treatment, particularly good heat treatment strengthening effect, high strength below 150°C, and particularly good low-temperature strength; poor welding performance; tendency to stress corrosion cracking; needs to be coated with aluminum or other Protected processing use. Dual-stage aging can improve the alloy's ability to resist stress corrosion cracking. Zinc is the main alloying element in 7075. Adding magnesium to an alloy containing 3%-7.5% zinc can form MgZn2 with a significant strengthening effect, making the heat treatment effect of the alloy far better than that of the aluminum-zinc binary alloy. Increasing the content of zinc and magnesium in the alloy will further increase the tensile strength, but its ability to resist stress corrosion and exfoliation corrosion will decrease accordingly. After heat treatment, it can achieve very high strength characteristics. 7075 ingredients are generally added with small amounts of copper, chromium and other alloys, among them, the 7075-T651 aluminum alloy is a top class known as the superior product for aluminum alloys. It has high strength and is far superior to any mild steel.
